Contemporary Dance Classes (Sugar Swing)
A 6-week series of contemporary dance technique, starting January 26, 2013 at the Sugar Foot Ballroom.
Inspired by the Axis Syllabus technique, the class focuses on moving in and out of the floor with ease and using the spirals within the body to create a fun, energetic work out!

Sweet Summer Lovin' Dance Classes
Stay tuned for details as we get closer to the summer months!
Co-taught by Anastasia Maywood and Kelsie Acton, the classes offer two varied technique styles.
Anastasia's class provides an energetic work out, teaching you to move in and out of the floor with ease and inspired by the ideas behind the Axis Syllabus and her own focus in contemporary movement while studying in Toronto and Edmonton.
Kelsie's class is inspired by her time studying and learning under Theatre David Earle in Guelph, Ontario. Her movement focuses on moving through the core, pelvis and using the natural spirals found in the body to help with technique and core strength.
